Simple Life Insurance Act Article 14
In the event that an insurance contract ceases to be valid, the applicant may apply for reinstatement of the contract within two years.Upon the consent of the insurer to reinstate an insurance contract, the contract shall become effective from the date that the unpaid premiums and interest accrued thereof are fully paid.
