Regulations for Guidance on Internet Protocol Address and Top Level Domain Name Registration Services Article 6
The competent authority may provide counseling and guidance services to assist IR and top-level domain name registry in handling the following matters:1. The study of related policies and technologies on IP address or domain name2. The promotion of the operational security and efficiency improvement of IP address or domain name3. Personnel training of related technologies on IP address or domain name4. The technology development and business planning and promotion of IP address or domain name.5. Participation in and information sharing of related international conferences and activities on IP address and domain name

主管機關得提供顧問輔導及諮詢服務等措施，協助輔導對象辦理下列事項：

三、網際網路位址或網域名稱相關技術之人才培訓。
四、網際網路位址或網域名稱相關技術發展及業務規劃與推廣。
五、網際網路位址或網域名稱相關國際會議及活動之規劃參與及資訊分享。

二、網際網路位址或網域名稱運作安全與效能提升之促進。
三、網際網路位址或網域名稱相關技術之人才培訓。
