Regulations Governing the Handling of Mail Article 70
The ordinary postage mentioned in Paragraph 1, Article 14 of the Act refers to the regular rates for postcards, letter sheets and letters, excluding special handling fees and other types of postage.All the fees and charges as mentioned in the Act shall be publicly announced by Chunghwa Post.
