Regulations Governing the Handling of Mail Article 69
If a mail item is lost, pilfered, damaged, delivered with delay or not delivered in accordance with the handling regulations publicly announced by Chunghwa Post, Chunghwa Post should make compensation in accordance with the Act and these regulations. However, other losses or damages caused by the above-mentioned reasons should not be remedied or compensated.

郵件遺失、被竊、毀損、遞送延誤或掛號郵件未依中華郵政公司公告之處理規定遞送者，中華郵政公司應依本法及本規則規定補償；因上開事由所致之其他損失或損害，不予補償或賠償。
