Regulations Governing the Handling of Mail Article 53
In the event that the address of an addressee or the addressee’s agent has changed, mail items shall be delivered to the new address. Where the new address is in the same delivery zone, it is called redelivered; where the new address is outside the original delivery zone and hence the mail has to be forwarded to another post office branch for delivery, it is called redirected.
