Parking facility operators who violate the provisions Paragraph 2 of Article 32 by failing to make necessary improvement before the deadline shall be fined between NT$1,800 to NT$3,600.Motorists who violate the provisions Paragraph 3 of Article 32 shall be fined between NT$600 to NT$1,200.

中文原文停車場法第40-1條

停車場經營業違反第三十二條第二項規定，經主管機關通知限期改善而屆期不改善者，處新臺幣一千八百元以上三千六百元以下罰鍰。
汽車駕駛人違反第三十二條第三項規定，處新臺幣六百元以上一千二百元以下罰鍰。
