Parking Facility Act Article 38

Those who violate Article 27 or the mandates enacted under Paragraph 2 of Article 27-1 of this Act and fail to make improvement before the deadline or fail to pass the inspection, persons in charge of the facility shall be fined from NT$9,000 to NT$90,000 and ordered to make improvements within a certain time period as notified. For those who still fail to make improvements after being fined, a consecutive penalty may be executed, and the businesses of such a facility shall be suspended for less than thirty days as necessary.
