After being ratified by the highway authorities, transportation enterprises are allowed to provide freight services for remote areas.The applicable transportation enterprises, management regulations, category details, weight and volume, fee-charging standards referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be determined by the MOTC.

客運業經主管機關核定後，得提供偏遠地區貨運服務。
