Organization Act of the Air Navigation and Weather Services under the Civil Aeronautics Administration of the MOTC Article 6

The ANWS staff organization shall consist of the following:9 chiefs, 4 sector chiefs, and 3 approach control tower chiefs bearing ranks ranging from Junior Grade 9 to Senior Grade 10; 10 technical specialists bearing ranks ranging from Junior Grade 8 to Junior Grade 9, 3 of whom may bear the rank of Senior Grade 10; 11 deputy chiefs ranked Junior Grade 9; 4 deputy sector chiefs, 2 approach control tower deputy chiefs, and 2 secretaries bearing ranks ranging from Junior Grade 8 to Junior Grade 9; 15 section chiefs , 44 station chiefs, 32 to 38 senior controllers , 13 senior weathermen ,7 senior operators , 8 senior flight information officers, 10 engineers ranked Junior Grade 8; 17 associate engineers and 7 specialists bearing ranks ranging from Junior Grade 7 to Junior Grade 8; 25 to 41 system designers and 8 analysts bearing ranks ranging from Junior Grade 6 to Junior Grade 8; 40 to 54 assistant engineers bearing ranks ranging from Junior Grade 6 to Junior Grade 7; 521 air traffic controllers, 26 forecasters, 57 weather observers, 35 operators , 37 flight information officers, 22 officers and 146 junior engineers bearing ranks of Elementary Grade 5 or from Junior Grade 6 to Junior Grade 7; 8 assistant system designers bearing ranks ranging from Elementary Grade 4 to Elementary Grade 5,4 of whom may bear a rank of Junior Grade 6; 8 clerks bearing ranks ranging from Elementary Grade 3 to Elementary Grade 5; 37 office assistants bearing ranks ranging from Elementary Grade 1 to Elementary Grade 3.Employment of existing employees employed prior to the implementation of this Act despite their lack of civil service eligibility may be retained; however, said employees shall fill vacancies in office assistant positions until their resignation.
