Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 65

If the gas supply license of a natural gas utility enterprise is abolished following Article 55 and Articles 59 to 61, the central competent authority may coordinate with other natural gas utility enterprises to take over the operation. The coordinated enterprise may utilize the existing transmission and storage equipment to continue the gas supply and provide compensation accordingly.
