Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 64

In accordance with Articles 55 and 59 to 61, if the gas supply license of a natural gas utility enterprise is abolished, the licensee shall be returned for cancellation. Failure to return the license for cancellation will result in direct cancellation by the central competent authority.
