Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 58
Natural gas utility enterprises violating Paragraph 2 of Article 8, supplying gas outside the designated gas supply area without approval, shall be fined NT$ 600,000 to 3,000,000 and be ordered to rectify the situation within a specified period. Failure to rectify the situation within the specified period may result in repeated fines until rectification is achieved. In serious circumstances, the competent authorities may also enforce the removal of transmission and storage equipment located outside the designated gas supply area.

公用天然氣事業違反第八條第二項規定，擅自於供氣區域外供氣者，處新臺幣六十萬元以上三百萬元以下罰鍰，並通知限期改善；屆期不改善者，得按次處罰至改善為止；情節重大者，並得強制拆除其供氣區域以外之輸儲設備。
