Natural Gas Enterprise Act Article 57
Those who operate the business of a natural gas utility enterprise without obtaining a gas supply license following Paragraph 1 of Article 10 shall be fined ranging from NT$ 3,000,000 to 15,000,000 and be ordered to cease the supply of gas.

未依第十條第一項規定取得供氣營業執照，擅自經營公用天然氣事業之業務者，處新臺幣三百萬元以上一千五百萬元以下罰鍰，並命其停止供氣行為。
