No development activities shall be allowed within an area of the hot spring outcrop.The given area as mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall be designated by the local authority-in-charge, whereas the principles of designation will be set forth by the central authority-in-charge.

溫泉露頭及其一定範圍內，不得為開發行為。
