Water Supply Act Article 98-1
If the water equipment, sanitary ware or other equipment sold for domestic is not labeled with a Water Efficiency Label pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 95-1, the juristic persons, groups and individuals shall be punished with a fine of no less than NT$40,000 and no more than NT$200,000 and ordered to improve its operation within a given period; if the juristic persons, groups and individuals fails to comply, the authority-in-charge may fine the juristic persons, groups and individuals per violation.

違反第九十五條之一第一項規定，於國內銷售未具省水標章之用水設備、衛生設備或其他設備之產品，處新臺幣四萬元以上二十萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改善；屆期未改善者，得按次處罰。
