Water Supply Act Article 88
When a water supply enterprise expands, replaces, or dismantles its main equipment, it shall submit detailed engineering plans to the authority-in-charge for approval. Plans for hydraulic structures relating to water rights and water sources under the Water Act shall be forwarded to the water authority for approval.

自來水事業擴充、更換或拆除其主要設備時，應備具詳細計劃圖說報請主管機關核准。
