Regulations on Governing the Use and Quality Standards of Reclaimed Water Article 2
The quality of reclaimed water shall meet the water quality requirements in the followingSubparagraphs, where the hydrogen ion concentration is a tolerance range and the remainingwater quality requirements are the maximum allowable limit:1.Hydrogen ion concentration: 6.0-8.5.2.Turbidity: 5 NTU.3.Total organic carbon: 10 mg/L(Liter).4.Ammonia nitrogen (calculated as nitrogen): 10 mg/L(Liter).With reclaimed water used for domestic water consumption and other water uses as landscaping,watering, washing, sprinkling to reduce dust and toilet flushing, in addition to complyingwith the provisions of the preceding Paragraph, the following requirements shall also be met:1.Minimum residual chlorine: 0.4 mg/L(Liter) of combined residual chlorine; 0.1 mg/L of freeresidual chlorine.2.Maximum allowable limit for coliform group (membrane filtration method): 200 CFU/100mL.

再生水水質應符合下列各款水質項目，其中氫離子濃度指數為容許範圍，其餘水質項目為最大容許量：
一、氫離子濃度指數：六‧○～八‧五。
二、濁度：五NTU。
三、總有機碳：十毫克／公升。
四、氨氮（以氮計）：十毫克／公升。
再生水供作生活及其他用水之景觀、澆灌、清洗、灑水抑制揚塵、沖廁使用者，除應符合前項規定外，並應符合下列規定：
一、餘氯最低限值：結合餘氯○．四毫克／公升；自由餘氯○．一毫克／公升。
二、大腸桿菌群（濾膜法）最大容許量：二百CFU／一○○毫升。
一、氫離子濃度指數：六‧○～八‧五。
二、濁度：五NTU。
