Regulations on Governing The Self-Use Permits for Sewage or Effluent of Sewerage Article 5
When sewer system engineering facilities are rebuilt, constructed or modified as necessary, the self-users shall cooperate in stopping the water intake and modifying their water intake constructions and relevant facilities, and shall bear the cost of modifying the water intake constructions and relevant facilities.
