The Standards Act Article 11
The standards body may, upon a manufacturer’s application, implement certification activities for designated national standards items as mentioned in the preceding Article. Those that have met the certification requirements and procedures will be permitted to use the Chinese National Standards Mark (CNS Mark).The competent authority shall consult and coordinate with related competent authorities to establish regulations governing the certification requirements, procedures, the CNS Mark pattern and the use of CNS Mark referred to in the preceding paragraph.Use of the CNS Mark in ways other than those complying with the first paragraph of this Article shall be prohibited.Use of the CNS Mark in violation of the second paragraph of this Article may result in revocation of the permission to use the CNS Mark. Once the permission is revoked, use of the CNS Mark shall be discontinued.

標準專責機關對前條選定之國家標準項目，得依廠商之申請實施驗證；經驗證合於驗證條件及程序者，得核准其使用正字標記。
前項驗證條件、程序、正字標記圖式及其使用管理規則，由主管機關會商目的事業主管機關定之。
正字標記之使用，除合於第一項規定外，不得為之。
使用正字標記違反第二項所定使用管理規則者，得撤銷其使用核准；經撤銷其使用核准者，不得繼續使用正字標記。
前項驗證條件、程序、正字標記圖式及其使用管理規則，由主管機關會商目的事業主管機關定之。
