The Standards Act Article 10
The standards body shall, based on its mandate or upon application, designate national standards items for implementing certification activities after review of the Review Council. Such designation may be revoked after review of the Review Council, where necessary.The national standards items designated or revoked as mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be announced to the public by the standards body by public notice.

標準專責機關依職權或申請，經審查委員會審議，選定國家標準項目，實施驗證業務；必要時，並得經審查委員會審議，取消該選定。
