Regulations Governing Monitoring Inspection of Products from Premises with Registered Management Systems Article 5
For production premises that are registered under the management-system-based monitoring inspection, the signatory of monitoring inspection certificate and inspection personnel shall be subject to the supervision by the inspection authority.
