Regulations Governing Registration of Product Certification Article 11
The registration certificates shall be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:1. Where the nominal holder of the certificate applies for cancellation of the certificate;2. Where registration of the commodity is revoked or rescinded by the certification body.3. Where the company, business, factory or other related registration of the certificate holder is revoked, rescinded, cancelled, dissolved, terminated or withdrawn.If the registration certificate had been cancelled, the related authorized import release notice shall become ineffective at the same time.

有下列情事之一者，註銷其商品驗證登錄證書：
一、自行申請註銷。
二、驗證登錄經撤銷或廢止。
三、商品驗證登錄證書名義人之公司登記、商業登記、工廠登記或其他相關之設立登記經撤銷、廢止、註銷、解散、歇業或撤回認許。
前項證書經註銷者，其授權放行通知書同時喪失效力。
