Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations Article 32
If the commission contract for sampling, sealing and examining with commodity inspection is terminated pursuant to the preceding Article, the inspection body shall handover the pending inspection applications to the BSMI or other inspection body designated by the BSMI.Within 3 years after the termination of the commission contract for sampling, sealing and examining with commodity inspection, the terminated inspection body shall not be permitted to re-apply for the qualified inspection body, except that the inspection body terminates the commission contract for sampling, sealing and examining with commodity inspection voluntarily.

依前條規定終止商品檢驗之取樣封存查核業務委託契約時，檢驗機構應將未完成之檢驗案件交由標準檢驗局或其指定之其他檢驗機構辦理。
經終止商品檢驗之取樣封存查核業務委託契約之檢驗機構，於契約終止日起三年內，不得重新申請成為受託機關（構）。
但主動申請終止商品檢驗之取樣封存查核業務委託契約者，不在此限。
