Regulations Governing Commission of Commodity Inspection Operations Article 26
The inspection body applicant possessing the qualifications set forth under the preceding Article may apply to the BSMI by submitting the following documents:1. Certificates and relevant documents complying with the qualifications set forth under the preceding Article; and2. The plan including to explain origin, goal, capability, sites, equipment, human analysis, works schedule planning, the manner of management and execution, expected benefits, demand of budget and estimate of cost.If the documents submitted according to the preceding Paragraph are found incomplete, the inspection body applicant shall submit supplement documents within fifteen days from the next day of receipt of the notice. If the inspection body applicant fails to supplement the documents as required, the application shall be rejected.

具備前條資格之檢驗機構申請人，得檢附下列文件，向標準檢驗局辦理：
一、符合前條資格之證明文件。
二、計畫書；計畫書內容應包括計畫緣起、目標、執行能力、場地及設備、人力分析、工作時程規劃及管理實施方式之說明、預期效益、經費需求及費用評估等。
前項文件不完備者，檢驗機構申請人應於接到通知之次日起十五日內補正；逾期不補正或補正後仍不符規定者，駁回其申請。
