Regulations Governing Fees for Commodity Inspection Article 26
The inspection fees for contracted inspection shall be charged based on the FOB price in accordance with the following fee rates, unless other regulations apply:1. FOB under US$10,000: a fee rate of 0.3%.2. FOB more than US$10,000 and up to US$100,000: a fee rate of 0.1% for the amount over US$10,000.3. FOB more than US$100,000: a rate of 0.05% for the amount over US$100,000.The inspection fees for each batch of commodities mentioned in the preceding items 1) to 3) shall be charged at a minimum of NT$200.The on-site fees shall be collected in accordance with Article 9 of these Regulations.

特約檢驗之檢驗費，除另有規定外，按離岸價格（FOB），依下列費率計收：
一、美金一萬元以下者，費率千分之三。
二、超過美金一萬元以上至十萬元者，超過部分，費率千分之一。
三、超過美金十萬元以上者，超過部分，費率千分之○．五。
前項檢驗費每批之最低費額以新臺幣二百元計收。
臨場費，準用第九條規定計收。
一、美金一萬元以下者，費率千分之三。
二、超過美金一萬元以上至十萬元者，超過部分，費率千分之一。
三、超過美金十萬元以上者，超過部分，費率千分之○．五。
前項檢驗費每批之最低費額以新臺幣二百元計收。
臨場費，準用第九條規定計收。
