Regulations Governing Recognition of Designated Testing Laboratory for Commodity Inspection Article 17-1
If a designated testing laboratory has any of the following circumstances, the BSMI may notice the designated testing laboratory to replace the report signatory within the given time limit. The designated testing laboratory shall submit the said within 7 days after replacing to the BSMI for reference.1. Unable to provide the testing record;2. Where the contents of the testing record dose not match the test report;3. Where the testing methods does not comply with inspection standards or technical regulations;4. Where the testing records or relevant technical documents have been found to contain false or incorrect statement; or5. The report signatory has other circumstances that have not fulfilled the responsibility of review, which is determined affecting the correctness or authenticity of the test report by the BSMI.

指定試驗室有下列情事之一者，標準檢驗局得通知限期撤換其報告簽署人，指定試驗室應於撤換之次日起七日內，報請標準檢驗局備查：
一、無法提供檢測紀錄。
二、檢測紀錄與試驗報告內容不符。
三、檢測方法不符合檢驗標準或技術規範。
四、檢測紀錄或相關技術文件有虛偽不實之情事。
五、報告簽署人有其他未善盡審查責任之情事，經標準檢驗局認定足以影響試驗報告之正確性或真實性。
一、無法提供檢測紀錄。
二、檢測紀錄與試驗報告內容不符。
三、檢測方法不符合檢驗標準或技術規範。
四、檢測紀錄或相關技術文件有虛偽不實之情事。
