The Commodity Inspection Act Article 51
Personnel appointed to execute the inspection, investigation, or testing in accordance with the preceding two Articles shall present their relevant credentials before carrying out their duties.Parties subject to the inspection, investigation, testing, or sealing of the suspected commodity under the preceding two Articles shall not evade, impede, or refuse such procedures without justifiable reasons.
