Regulations Governing Market Surveillance of Commodities Article 5
When conducting market surveillance, the personnel of the inspection authority shall clearly identify itself and explain the reason for inspection to the representative or relevant personnel of the place under check (the representative).The representative or related personnel may be present on site at all times during the entire inspection.The inspection authority personnel who conduct market surveillance (the market surveillance personnel) shall make a report after the inspection, and have the report signed by the representative. The market surveillance personnel shall specify the reason of the representative to refuse or be unable to sign clearly in the inspection reports.

檢驗機關執行市場檢查時，檢查人員應向受檢查者表明身分，並說明檢查目的。
執行市場檢查時，受檢查場所之負責人或相關人員得陪同檢查。
檢查人員執行市場檢查後應作成檢查紀錄，受檢查者應於檢查紀錄簽名或蓋章。
受檢查者拒絕或無法簽名或蓋章者，檢查人員應於檢查紀錄載明原因。
