Regulations Governing Verification and Inspection of Measuring Instruments Article 9
Where the content, quantity or marking of the measuring instruments are found inconsistent with the description in the application form and the applicant cannot rectify in time, the verification agency (institution) shall not conduct the verification.The applicant shall make rectifications as referred to in the preceding Paragraph within twenty days. If the applicant fails to rectify by the expiration of the preceding period, the application shall be rejected. If the inconsistencies involve deceitful behavior, the verification agency (institution) shall reject the application.
中文原文 度量衡器檢定檢查辦法第9條
檢定機關（構）辦理檢定時，發現度量衡器內容、數量或標示與檢定申請書所載不符而申請人無法即時更正者，應不予檢定。
前項不符情事，申請人應於二十日內補正；屆期未補正者，駁回其申請。
但屬矇騙性質者，應逕予駁回。
