Regulations Governing Management of Prepackaged Products Article 4
Prepackaged products shall bear a declaration of the net content in an obvious way pursuant to the following provisions:1. The characters shall include the number and the name or symbol of the units of legal metrology, and the height and width of a character shall be not less than 2 millimeters (mm.) However, statements of a net content in terms of count shall be expressed in whole numbers if the prepackaged products are sold by number; and2. Prepackaged products shall bear a determinate net content. The declaration of a range of the net content, an additional plus/minus values, inconsistent or other undetermined way is not permitted.

定量包裝商品上應以顯著方式標示淨含量，其標示規定如下：
一、字符應包含數字及法定度量衡單位名稱或代號，標示字體之長度及寬度不得小於二毫公尺（mm）。
但定量包裝商品以數目計價販售者，得以整數數目標示。
二、應以確定方式為之，不得以範圍、正負值、不一致或其他不確定之方式標示。
