Regulations Governing Implementation of Voluntary Product Certification Article 20
Where the product certificate was acquired by fraudulent means, the certification body shall revoke it, and give notice of requiring the certificate holder to return it in a given time limit. The certification body shall proactively announce to rescind it if the deadline expires.
