While using the VPC mark, the graphic symbol and identification number stipulated in the preceding Article shall be affixed, in a way that is not easily worn away, in a prominent place on a commodity. However, if the commodity is too small to be affixed, the mark can be attached to the packaging or the container of the commodity after getting the approval from the BSMI in advance.If the preceding Paragraph is not obeyed, the certification body shall give notice of requiring the applicant to do necessary correction in a given time limit. The deadline for correction shall not exceed one month unless permission is granted just once for another one more month.

使用產品驗證標誌時，應將前條規定之圖式連同識別號碼，以不易磨滅方式標示於產品本體之顯著部位。
但產品太小無法標示時，得經標準檢驗局同意後標示於包裝或容器上。
未依前項規定標示者，驗證機關（構）應通知限期改正；改正期限不得逾一個月。
但經核准者，得延展改正期限一個月，並以一次為限。
