Regulations Governing Procedures for Objections in Trade Disposition Cases Article 5
The Committee shall consist of 11 to 13 members, with neither gender comprising less than one-third of the total number. One member shall serve as the Chair, who is either the Director General or Deputy Director General of the TITA. The other committee members will be selected and recruited by the Chair from the TITA as representatives of relevant government bodies, experts, or supervisors in such affairs. The committee members shall serve a term of one year, which is extendable upon expiry.

審委會置委員十一人至十三人，委員任一性別比例不得低於三分之一，並以其中一人為主任委員，由貿易署署長或副署長兼任，其他委員由主任委員就相關機關代表、專家及貿易署有關業務主管之適當人員遴聘，任期一年，並得連聘之。
