Regulations Governing Procedures for Objections in Trade Disposition Cases Article 3
Exporters or importers who disagree with the disposition specified in Article 2 may submit a written objection to the TITA within thirty (30) days from the day following the date of receipt of the written disposition.The name of the objector shall be signed on the written objection, which shall list the following items:1. The name and residential address of the objector. The case in which the objector is a legal person or an organization with a manager or representative, the name of the organization, place of business, and the name and residential address of the manager or representative shall be provided.2. The case number of the original disposition3. Facts and reasons concerning the objection4. Relevant identification or evidence5. Date (day, month, and year)

出進口人不服前條規定處分者，得於接到處分書後之次日起三十日內以書面向貿易署聲明異議。
前項異議書應載明下列事項，由異議人署名：
一、異議人之姓名、住所，如係法人或其他設有管理人或代表人之團體，其名稱、事務所或營業所，及管理人或代表人之姓名、住所。
二、原處分案號。
三、異議之事實及理由。
四、有關證件或證據。
五、年、月、日。
前項異議書應載明下列事項，由異議人署名：
