Regulations Governing Procedures for Objections in Trade Disposition Cases Article 14
The TITA shall make its decision within twenty (20) days from the day following the date of receipt of the written objection, and notify the objector of the decision within 7 days thereafter.When supplementary information is required, the date of determination shall be twenty (20) days from the day following the date of receipt of such supplementary information.

貿易署自收受異議書之次日起，應於二十日內由審委會審定之，並應於七日內將審定結果通知異議人。
