Regulations Governing Procedures for Objections in Trade Disposition Cases Article 10
Resolutions from Committee meetings shall only be implemented when over half of all committee members attended the meeting and of those attendees, over half approved the action. Differing opinions shall be included in the minutes of the meeting for future reference.In the event that a decision among Committee members is equal, the Chair shall cast the deciding vote.Any Committee member from the TITA shall not participate in the resolution if the case was handled by a unit in which the member serves.

審委會會議之決議，以委員過半數之出席，出席委員過半數之同意行之，並得將不同意見載入紀錄，以備查考。
出席委員之同意與不同意意見人數相等時，取決於主席。
貿易署承辦單位之委員，遇有該單位之案件，不得參與決議。
