Regulations Governing Issuance of Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Processing Article 20
Applications for Certificates of Processing, besides complying with Paragraph 1 of Article 21, shall be filed after customs clearance. Each application shall be submitted along with the following documents, but information that can be accessed through the operating system need not be provided:1. The application.2. The Certificate of Origin from the country of origin or the original import declaration.3. The export declaration or other related export documents.

申請加工證明書，除符合第二十一條第一項規定外，應於貨品經海關放行後辦理；申請時，應檢具下列資料向簽發單位申辦。
但得透過作業系統登錄及查詢之資料，不在此限：

二、原產國之原產地證明書或原進口報單。
三、出口報單或其他相關出口證明文件。
