Regulations Governing Issuance of Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Processing Article 18
Applications for Certificates of Origin for products directly shipped from a third country to the importing country shall be submitted along with the following documents, but information that can be accessed through the operating system need not be provided.1. The application.2. A photocopy of the Certificate of Origin from the country of origin or the third country.3. A photocopy of the bill of lading from the third country or photocopies of shipping documents with importing or exporting location.4. Other required documents as stipulated in related regulations.

申請貨品由第三國直接輸往進口國之原產地證明書，應檢具下列資料申辦。
但得透過作業系統登錄及查詢之資料，不在此限：
一、申請書。
二、原產國或第三國之原產地證明書影本。
三、第三國之提單影本或載有進出口地之運送單據影本。
四、其他依規定應檢附之文件。
