Regulations Governing Issuance of Certificates of Origin and Certificates of Processing Article 13
The applicant shall adopt either of the following means to transmit electronic data as described in the preceding Article:1. Access the TITA website, log in, and transmit the data required to apply for a Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Processing; or2. Transmit the data required to apply for a Certificate of Origin or Certificate of Processing through the CPT Single Window.
