Regulations Governing Registration of Exporters and Importers Article 10-1
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Foreign Trade Law, a juristic person or an organization applying for registration as an exporter/importer shall attach the following documentation with the said application: a juristic person registration certificate, a cooperative association certificate, and any other trade-related legal certificates issued by the competent authorities.When the juristic person or organization in the previous paragraph applies for registration as an exporter/importer, the procedural provisions for registering, changing registration, using an English name, or complying with any other stipulations in these Regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis.

法人、團體依本法第十條第二項規定申請登記為出進口廠商者，應檢附申請書及法人登記證書、合作社登記證或其他經目的事業主管機關核發之立案證書。
前項法人、團體申請出進口廠商登記，準用本辦法有關登記、變更登記程序、英文名稱使用及其他應遵行事項之規定。
