Retail Market Management Regulation Article 11
The stall (store) in the public market shall be effective for four years.Upon expiration of the preceding deadline, the original user may apply for continued use in the six months prior to expiration, while the competent authority of the public market shall determine whether to approve the request for continued use before expiration.

公有市場攤（鋪）位之使用期限，以四年為限。
前項使用期限屆滿時，原使用人得於期滿六個月前申請繼續使用；設立公有市場之主管機關應在使用期限屆滿前為准否繼續使用之決定。
