Regulations Governing the Application of Limited Partnership Registration Article 9
In the case of appointment or dismissal of a managerial officer, the limited partnership shall apply for registration of appointment, dismissal or change of the managerial officer by submitting the following documents to the competent authority:1. The application form;2. Documents proving the appointment or dismissal of a managerial officer; and3. The identification document of the managerial officer.
