Regulations Governing Collection of Company Registration Fees Article 1

These Regulations are enacted pursuant to Article 438 of the Company Act, Article 40-1 and Article 95-2 of the Act Governing Relations between the People of the Taiwan Area and the Mainland Area, and Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
