Company Act Article 449

This Act shall take effect from the date of promulgation thereof, except that the effective date of Article 373 and Article 383 amended on June 25, 1997, the provisions of Section 13 of Chapter 5 amended on July 1, 2015, and the provisions amended on July 6, 2018 shall be prescribed by the Executive Yuan; that the provisions amended on May 27, 2009 shall be in force on November 23, 2009; and that the provisions amended on December 9, 2025 shall take effect six months after promulgation.
