Integrated Circuit Layout Protection Act Article 9
Where two or more parties jointly apply for, or are joint owners to, circuit layout rights, and unless one party is agreed upon as the representative, all such parties shall jointly sign when prosecuting all related proceedings; are presentative shall be designated to receive service of process. If a representative to receive service of process is not designated, the agency in charge of circuit layout affairs shall not only designate the applicant first identified in the application as the representative to receive service, but also notify the remaining parties of matters contained in the served documents.

二人以上共同申請，或為電路布局權之共有者，除約定有代表者外，辦理一切程序時，應共同連署，並指定其中一人為應受送達人。
未指定應受送達人者，電路布局專責機關除以第一順序申請人為應受送達人外，並應將送達事項通知其他人。
