Copyright Collective Management Organization Act Article 43

When any of the following circumstances applies to a CMO, the specialized agency in charge of copyright matters shall revoke its establishment permit:1.The CMO fails to carry out incorporation registration within the period of time prescribed in Article 9, paragraph 1.2.The CMO fails to commence collective management services within one year after its incorporation registration.3.The CMO is incapable of effectively performing collective management services.
