Copyright Collective Management Organization Act Article 42
If a CMO commits any act in violation of laws, regulations, or its articles of organization, the specialized agency in charge of copyright matters may order it to make corrections within a prescribed deadline.If the CMO does not make the correction within the prescribed deadline of the preceding paragraph, the specialized agency in charge of copyright matters may suspend or dismiss from office, or order the CMO to replace from office, the director, supervisor, or complaint committee member who committed the unlawful act.
中文原文 著作權集體管理團體條例第42條
集管團體有違反法令或章程之行為，著作權專責機關得限期令其改正。
未於前項所定期限內改正者，著作權專責機關得停止、解任或令集管團體撤換執行該違法行為之董事、監察人、申訴委員之職務。
