Copyright Act Article 106

Except as otherwise provided for in this Chapter, this Act shall apply to works that were completed prior to the implementation date of the June 10, 1992 amendment to this Act where such works comply with any one of the provisions of Articles 106 through 109 of the Act prior to the January 21, 1998 Copyright Act taking effect.This Act shall apply to works that were completed after the implementation date of the June 10, 1992 amendment to this Act.
