Regulations Governing Registration and Review of Pledges of Copyright Article 4
Under any of the following circumstances, the competent copyright authority shall notify the applicant to supplement or correct the application within a specific deadline:1. Fees have not been paid in accordance with regulations.2. The application form has not been signed or sealed by the applicant or the applicant's agent.3. The information required in the application has not been provided, is incomplete, or does not conform to the documentary evidence provided.4. Required attachments have not been provided.5. Other matters that require supplementation or correction.

有下列情形之一者，著作權專責機關應通知申請人限期補正：
一、未依規定繳納規費。
二、申請書未經申請人或代理人簽名或蓋章。
三、申請書應載事項未記載或記載不完整或與其證明文件不符。
四、應檢附之文件欠缺。
五、其他得補正之情形。
