Patent Attorney Act Article 33-1
A patent attorney who does not proceed with the on-the-job training in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 12-1 shall be notified to correct that within 6 months by the Specific Patent Agency. One who fails to complete the correction after the lapse of the time period shall be imposed a fine of no less than sixty thousand yuan but no more than three hundred thousand yuan by the Specific Patent Agency.
